My Worst Cooking Disaster

My worst cooking disaster EVER was trying to make bread from scratch from a new recipe. I still don't know WHY it happened but the bread did not rise at all and it ended up being like a light brown brick. It couldn't even be cut, much less eaten. What a disappointment!
